This may sound obvious, but I am amazed how many people want to have all the answers and make everyone come to them for ideas, decisions, research, etc.
Humble leaders get out of the way and create opportunities for their team to shine and build the knowledge base of the team. That same experienced leader also adds to the mix, without taking the spotlight.
Help them be impressed with their own talents and abilities as a team… not with how smart you are.
If your team and organization actually knew what they know about all the siloed wisdom… think of what you could do!!
